ALBUM FAQ’S
WHAT ARE THE PAGES LIKE?
The Signature 8x8 and 10x10:
Pages come in a choice of upgraded double thick or standard thick. When making double thick pages for the Signature Album, prints are adhered to an extra-firm substrate, creating pages approximately 1.90mm thick. When making thick pages for the Signature Album, prints are adhered to a firm substrate, creating pages approximately 1.15mm thick.
5x5 pages are printed on thin pages.
HOW MANY PAGES ARE IN MY ALBUM AND CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL PAGES?
All 5x5 albums include 12 pages, 8x8 albums include 20 pages and 10x10 albums include 22 pages.
Additional pages can be added to any album and are an added cost of $50 per additional spread.
The maximum quantity for thick pages is 50 sides. The maximum quantity for double thick pages is 30 sides.
HOW MANY IMAGES TYPICALLY GO IN AN ALBUM?
Up to 15 images are included in the 5x5 albums, and in the 8x8 and 10x10 albums I typically add around 27-30 images.
I always try to include as many of your images as possible while still creating a stunning layout.
Keep in mind that you will have your full gallery with all your purchased images in digital form as well,
so if some of the images do not make it into the album, you will still have them to enjoy.
DO YOU OFFER COVER OPTIONS?
Yes, our 8x8 and 10x10 albums include 33 different cover options and include leathers, vegan leathers, linens and Velvets.
DO YOU HAVE SAMPLE ALBUMS?
Yes! You will be able to see all album and print options at your in-studio viewing/ordering appointment.
WHAT'S THE TURNAROUND?
Typical turnaround for albums is 3-4 weeks after your viewing session. Extra services such as texture, debossing, foil stamping, and gilding may require additional time. We do offer album expedites for an additional cost of you need it sooner.

HOW do the payment plans work?
All sessions require a non-refundable Session Fee, which is due at the time of booking. Once this is paid, your session date is secured.
We will then set up your collection and payment plan either at the time of your consultation, or up to one week after your consultation.
You will have 2 payment options to choose from; the Pre-pay or the Partial pay.
THE PRE-PAY PLAN:
With this plan, you will be all paid in full prior to your session date.
You can opt for a full payment, or have it divided into monthly, bimonthly, or two installments leading up to your session date.
Digital images will be received within one week of your viewing appointment and print and product within 3-4 weeks.
As an added perk, all pre-paid sessions come with a bonus of 3 extra digital images for your chosen collection.
THE PARTIAL-PAY PLAN
With this plan, you will pay a minimum of 50% of your collection prior to your session date.
You can opt to have payments divided monthly, bimonthly, or two installments leading up to your session date.
You will have up to 3 months post session to pay off the remainder of your balance.
Digital images will be received within one week of your final payment and print and product within 3-4 weeks.
As an added perk, all pre-paid sessions come with a bonus of 3 extra digital images for your chosen collection.
Rescheduled sessions
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. We do offer one complimentary reschedule if needed.
For additional rescheduled sessions we require a $200 reschedule fee.
A minimum of 50% of your collection must be paid in full in order to select a new session date.
Your new session date must be scheduled within 5 months of your original session date.
While we can not promise availability for specific dates, we will always do our best to get you a reschedule date that works best for you.
Please note that as a small business we are impacted by reschedules so we do ask that this be addressed as soon as possible.
can i upgrade my collection?
Certainly! Upgrades to your collection can be finalized on the day of your session.
For your convenience, we allow a span of up to two months post-session to complete the payment if required. Please note, all prints and products will remain under the custody of Dark Moon Studio until the entire payment for the collection upgrade is received in full.
In regards to previous feedback, rest assured all digital images will be available to you via an online gallery within 1-2 weeks following your final payment. If you wish for an expedited service, arrangements can be made for an additional purchase.
can I order additional products after my session?
Indeed! You can freely reopen your gallery for up to two years after your session date.
This allows you to order any prints or albums during this period. However, all Collection album credits need to be used within a year of your session date.
Please note, reopening galleries after a two-year period will incur an additional fee.
do I have to share my images?
Absolutely not. We will never share anything without your written consent.
You have full authority to keep all images private. It's you who controls if and where your images get shared, and what you feel comfortable sharing.
Every client will complete a post-session form that includes an area where they can specify their preferences.
What’s in your client closet?
Our ever expanding, feminine client wardrobe predominantly features lingerie, with sizes extending from XS to 6X.
We also offer body jewelry, cuffs, robes, jackets, and other accessories. In addition to this, you will have access to our editorial wardrobe which hosts a number of Vouge style dresses.
In the interest of hygiene and cleanliness, we kindly request that all clients place the provided disposable liners inside any garments they utilize.
In addition to that, all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after use.
Clients are also welcome to bring a nude g-string with them to wear under garments.
